Pricing
One price per title, registry fee included
Each state's land registry charges its own fee for a title search, so our prices differ by state. The price you see is the price you pay, including GST. There's no subscription, and if the registry can't supply your title, you aren't charged.

Pricing questions
Does the price include the registry fee?
Yes. Every price includes the state registry's fee and GST, in Australian dollars. Optional extras are never pre-selected.
Why do prices differ between states?
Registry fees differ a lot, from A$17.87 in Victoria (searching by address) to A$39.20 in Tasmania, so each state's price is set from its own cost.
Why pay more than the registry charges?
You can buy from the registry or a broker for less, and if you know your title reference that's the cheapest route. Our price covers finding the right title from an address before you pay, the plain-English summary, delivery at any hour and a person to help.
What's the difference between Title search and Title + Full Report?
Title search is the registry's PDF plus a one-page summary. The Full Report adds every entry explained beside its original text, red flags, a mortgage-discharge check, questions to ask a conveyancer or the seller, and a printable ownership summary.
Why is there no summary or Full Report for WA or Queensland?
Landgate's terms don't allow summaries or other products made from WA titles, so WA orders are the official PDF only. Queensland titles are the official PDF only for now; the summary is coming to Queensland.
Do you charge if the title can't be supplied?
No. We hold the amount on your card and take it only once the registry supplies your title. If it can't, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
Is there a subscription or ongoing charge?
No. You pay once for each title, and we don't sign you up to anything.
