Property titles are public records, but they're hard to find and harder to read. We make both easy: find the exact property, get the official title, and understand what it says.
Independent, and clear about it
Title Registry is an independent online service and is not a government agency or a land registry. We order your title from the state or territory land registry through an authorised information broker and deliver the registry's own document. You can also search titles directly with the registry, usually for a lower price but without our property lookup, plain-English summary or support.
How we keep summaries accurate
An AI model transcribes the title into a fixed structure. Software then checks that every name, dealing number and entry appears word for word in the registry's document and drops anything that doesn't. The explanations you read come from wording we've reviewed, not from the model. If an owner's name can't be verified, a person checks the summary before you see it.
